Are the winter Blues Getting You Down?

Is winter starting to get to you? It's understandable. But if you are one of those people who love to just hibernate indoors through this cold, dark season, then you are just feeding that negative lethargic energy, simply with, lack of activity. Our bodies are meant to move. We are meant to breathe fresh air, even if it is cold outside. We need sunlight more than ever in winter. In order to want to get outside more, we must first get outside more. What we need to do is create better habits and the only way to do that is to DO! To get out, walk, breathe, and soak up those vitamin D enriched rays of sunshine. Believe me, it will make you feel a whole lot happier.
